• Description: Offers special education, non-public school services and behavioral health services to public schools. Provides comprehensive special education services to students with complex challenges resulting from:
  • emotional disturbance
  • developmental disability
  
  School-based services provides mental health therapy to youth in select public schools at school and in the community. Counseling enriched classrooms works with Oakland Unified School District. Provide on-site services to youth with serious mental health issues that compromise learning.
